Indian American Heritage Foundation is the new name for Indian American Cultural & Educational Foundation (IACEF), which was founded in 1987 to honor Indian American students graduating from high and junior high/middle schools for their outstanding performance and achievements..

The charter program also included a lively seminar  on issues affecting high school graduates and college freshmen.  Over the years, the Indian community lent its support to make this program successful, and winners of scholarships have gone on to pursue fruitful academic careers....
